PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dog pooper-scooper which enables a user to pick up feces of a dog from a road surface or the like in a comfortable upright posture without taking a posture of bending down and is compact other than the point of time of picking up feces.SOLUTION: A dog pooper-scooper includes: an extensible support tube 1 comprising a large diameter support tube 1a and a small diameter support tube 1b installed in the large diameter support tube in such a manner to be temporarily fixed in a maximally drawn state an extensible operation tube 2 comprising a large diameter operation tube 2a arranged in the extensible support tube and a small diameter operation tube 2b installed in the large diameter operation tube in such a manner to be temporarily fixed in a maximally drawn state support frames 4, 4 arranged in a lower part of the small diameter support tube 1b via an intervening piece 3 two branch containers 5, 5 which open and close for picking up feces opening and closing operation means 6 which closes the branch containers 5, 5 by a retracting movement of the extensible operation tube 2 and opens them by the advancing movement lock means 7 which locks the extensible operation tube 2 closing the branch containers 5, 5 in the maximally retracted state an operational grip part 8 arranged on an upper end of the large diameter operation tube 2a of the extensible operation tube 2 in a direction perpendicular to the large diameter operation tube and an operation frame part 9 fixed on an upper end of the large diameter support tube 1a.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】犬の糞を路面等から拾い上げる際に腰を折るような姿勢を取らずに、身体を立てた楽な姿勢でそれを行うことが可能であり、それ以外の時点ではコンパクトであること。【解決手段】大径支持管1a及びこれに最大引出状態で仮固定可能に内装した小径支持管1bからなる伸縮支持管1と、その中に配した大径操作管2a及びこれに最大引出状態で仮固定可能に内装した小径操作管2bからなる伸縮操作管2と、小径支持管1bの下部に介在片3を介して配した支持フレーム4、4と、開閉する糞取り用の二つの支分容器5、5と、伸縮操作管2の後退動作によって支分容器5、5を閉じ、進出動作によって開く開閉操作手段6と、支分容器5、5を閉じる伸縮操作管2の最後退状態をロックするロック手段7と、伸縮操作管2の大径操作管2aの上端にこれに直交する向きに配した操作用グリップ部8と、大径支持管1aの上端に固設した操作枠部9とで構成した。【選択図】
