The present invention discloses the use of a substituted benzoguanidine derivative as a polymyxin antibiotic synergist, particularly as a synergist and a drug resistance reversal agent of the polymyxin antibiotic for inhibiting a sensitive strain. The present invention also provides a substituted benzoguanidine derivative or a composition comprising the same in combination with a polymyxin antibiotic for preparing a compound pharmaceutical preparation for human or animal use in the treatment of a disease caused by a gram-negative bacterial infection or the preparation a growth-promoting feed additive and for the raising of livestock animals.La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'un dérivé de benzoguanidine substitué comme agent synergiste avec un antibiotique de type polymyxine, en particulier comme agent synergiste et agent d'inversion de résistance aux médicaments avec l'antibiotique de type polymyxine pour inhiber une souche sensible. La présente invention concerne également un dérivé de benzoguanidine substitué ou une composition comprenant celui-ci en association avec un antibiotique de type polymyxine permettant de préparer une préparation pharmaceutique dudit composé à utiliser chez l'homme ou l'animal dans le traitement d'une maladie provoquée par une infection bactérienne à gram négatif ou la préparation d'un additif alimentaire favorisant la croissance et pour l'élevage du bétail.
