The invention concerns derivatives of CMAP27, which have a good antimicrobial activity and a low haemolytic activity as compared to the wild- type CMAP27 peptide. These derivatives can be used for antibiotic therapy or in a bacteriocidal composition. Further comprised in the invention is the use of CMAP27 and/or its derivatives as adjuvant.La présente invention concerne des dérivés de CMAP27, qui possèdent une bonne activité antimicrobienne et une faible activité hémolytique comparés au peptide CMAP27 de type sauvage.
