PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable automatic determination of a positional relation of a coherence gate and a specific image in OCT imaging.SOLUTION: An OCT apparatus for obtaining a tomographic image by using light interference between signal light and reference light acquires a first distance between a specific image and a coherence gate from a first tomographic image obtained by imaging. The OCT apparatus moves the coherence gate along a predetermined moving direction by a set moving distance, and determines a positional relation of the specific image and the coherence gate on the basis of the position of the specific image in a second tomographic image obtained by imaging after moving the coherence gate and the position of the specific image in the first tomographic image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
