PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem: in an OCT apparatus used in ophthalmology, if a working distance between an eye to be inspected and an objective lens varies, the shape of an obtained tomographic image is changed, and this means that the OCT apparatus cannot be used for examining the variation of eyeball shapes.SOLUTION: This optical coherence tomographic imaging method includes: adjusting and measuring the distance between the eye to be inspected and the objective lens acquiring a tomographic image of the eye to be inspected including a plurality of linear data computing the correction quantity in each of the plurality of linear data in the tomographic image and generating a tomographic image in a reference working distance.
