The present invention relates to a freeze-drying apparatus having tray with improved heat transfer efficiency by adopting a tray having small thermal capacity. According to the present invention, a regularly wrinkled metal foil is combined between an upper and a lower plate of a tray of a vacuum freeze-drying apparatus to form a passage with reduced thermal capacity. The metal foil is regularly wrinkled and folded to form the passage, thermal media flows along the passage, and the cross section of the passage has repetitious convex and concave parts. When the foil is viewed from the upper or lower plate, the passage adopts a shape of a wave pattern or sine wave, which is repeatedly arranged.본 발명은 열용량이 작은 트레이를 채용하여 열전달 효율이 향상된 열전달 효율이 향상된 트레이를 가지는 동결건조장치에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명은 열용량(Thermal capacitance)을 줄인 유로를 형성하기 위하여 진공 동결건조장치의 트레이의 상부플레이트와 하부플레이트 사이에 규칙적으로 주름지게 접혀진 금속호일이 결합되어 있으며, 상기 금속호일은 규칙적으로 주름지게 접혀져 유로를 형성하여 열매체가 이 유로를 따라 흐를 수 있도록 이루어져 있고, 상기 유로의 단면은 요부와 철부가 반복하여 형성되어 있고 상기 호일을 상기 상부플레이트 혹은 하부플레이트에서 보았을 때 상기 유로가 물결무늬 또는 사인파의 형상을 이루고 반복 배치된 형상을 채용하는 것이 특징이다.
