A lying posture recognition system is provided in the present disclosure. The lying posture recognition system includes: an analyzing device, a first coordinate detecting device, and a second coordinate detecting device. The first coordinate analysis device includes a plurality of pressure sensors. When the user is lying on the mattress, the first coordinate detecting device obtains lying coordinate distribution values according to the plurality of pressure sensors. The second coordinate detecting device includes at least one three-dimensional coordinate sensor respectively detecting positions of the plurality of three-dimensional coordinate positioners to respectively obtain a three-dimensional coordinate positioning value.
