The present invention relates to a manual grass cutter which is capable of securing an exercising effect of a user by enabling the user to adjust a handle combined to the lower side of an upper cover for cutting grass. The present invention comprises the following: first and second upper covers which is foldably connected to each other around a contact area by being arranged to face each other to the horizontal direction； first and second handles which is installed by using a spring and a bearing to the opposite direction to each other from the lower side of the first and second upper covers； first and second movable saw blades which is combined to the first and second upper covers to move using combining pins, and moves to the direction in which the first and second handles are unfolded； and first and second lower covers which is detachably attached to the lower side of the first and second upper covers, includes rotatable wheels on the lower side on the lower side and first and second rotary saw blades connected to the wheels using connection units on the upper side.본 발명은 상부덮개의 하단에 결합되는 핸들을 사용자가 조절하며 제초작업을 이룰 수 있게 함으로써 사용자의 운동효과를 확보할 수 있도록 한 제초기에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 구성은, 수평방향으로 대향되게 형성되어 접촉면을 중심으로 접힘 가능하게 상호 연결되는 제1상부덮개 및 제2상부덮개와, 상기 제1상부덮개 및 제2상부덮개의 하단으로 접촉면을 중심으로 상호 대향되는 방향으로 유동이 가능하게 스프링 및 베어링을 개재하여 설치 구성되는 제1핸들 및 제2핸들과, 상기 제1상부덮개 및 제2상부덮개와 결합핀을 통하여 유동가능하게 결합되어 상기 제1핸들 및 제2핸들의 전개시 제1핸들 및 제2핸들의 전개되는 방향으로 대응되게 유동되는 제1유동톱날 및 제2유동톱날과, 상기 제1상부덮개 및 제2상부덮개의 하단으로 탈착 가능하게 결합되며 하단에는 회동가능하게 바퀴가 연결 구성되고, 상부에는 상기 바퀴와 연결부를 통하여 연결되어 상기 바퀴의 유동방향으로 대응되게 유동되는 제1회전톱날 및 제2회전톱날이 구비된 제1하부덮개 및 제2하부덮개를 포함하여 구성된다.위와 같은 본 발명은 첫째, 제초기를 사용하고자 하는 지면의 상태에 따라 조절이 가능하게 결합 구성되는 바퀴를 통하여 제초작업을 이루고자 하는 환경에 유연하게 대응하며 사용할 수 있어 편리하고 효율적인 제초기 사용을 이룰 수 있다.둘째, 제1유동톱날, 제2유동톱날, 제1회전톱날, 제2회전톱날이 제1상부덮개 및 제2상부덮개와, 제1하부덮개 및 제2하부덮개의 내측에 회전되도록 설치됨으로써 제초기의 사용과정 중에 사용자의 신체가 톱날로 인하여 손상되는 것을 방지하며 안전한 사용을 이룰 수 있다.셋째, 사용자가 좌,우 유동을 이루며 사용할 수 있는 핸들의 구성을 통하여 제초과정의 효율성을 확보함은 물론이고, 제초작업과 동시에 사용자의 체력을 증진시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.
