The present invention provides a guide apparatus for a blind person, which collects and analyzes information about a walking route of a user through an information processing unit to inform the information to the user through a voice so that the user is capable of perceiving surrounding conditions in detail to prevent safety accident from occurring when the blind person walks and provide convenience for the walking through a simple configuration.
