In the present invention, disclosed is a pre-drying device for agricultural products in particular onions, comprising a main body whose upper part is opened an agricultural product stacking part which is installed in the main body to stack the product an air blast inlet which is installed at one side of the main body and receive air in the main body a pair of wind-inducing parts which is installed in front of the air blast inlet and supplies part of air received from the air blast inlet to the both side of the main body and at least one air blast inducing part which is installed on the place having a certain height from the bottom floor of the main body and has an inclined surface to supply part of air to the agricultural product stacking part.
