The present invention concerns a co-extruded product (12) comprising a filling (21) and an outside open or closed cereal and/or starch based shell (20), wherein the amount of filling is comprised between 10 and 80 % in weight, the density of the product in the case of an open shell is comprised between 40 and 400 g/1 and the density of the product in the case of a closed shell is comprised between 40 and 190 g/1.
