PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise program presentation system and the like capable of presenting an exercise program and an improvement target corresponding to a case of each user.SOLUTION: A server device is provided with: storage means that stores accumulation data in which at least exercise programs carried out by a plurality of users are accumulated extraction/calculation means that extracts a past similar case example from the accumulation data on the basis of users personal information received from terminal devices, and selects an exercise program and calculates an improvement target communication means that transmits the exercise program, etc. to the terminal devices and accumulation means that receives, for accumulating in the accumulation data, the personal information, execution periods, and results of effect measurement of users who have executed the exercise programs received from the terminal devices.
