The present invention relates to an aromatic composition comprising &beta-cyclodextrin, and more specifically, to an aromatic composition comprising &beta-cyclodextrin, which sets &rho-cymene and terpinolene of monoterpene which are highly volatile to emit aroma rapidly as standard materials, and uses &beta-cyclodextrin as an adjuvant so as to sustain an aromatic component. The present invention has an effect that a natural aromatic component can be sustained for a long time by collecting the aromatic component in &beta-cyclodextrin (&beta -CD).
