SOLUTION: A needle collection kit 2 comprises: a needle holding body 3 to which a suture needle 1 can be stabbed a container part 4 for holding the needle holding body 3 a lid part 5 for closing the container part 4 and a perforation part 6 (hinge) for holding the container part 4 and the lid part 5 so as to swing freely. The container part 4 comprises: a bottom face 11a to which the needle holding body 3 is fixed and a wall face 12 for surrounding the bottom face 11a, and a distance from the hinge part to the bottom face 11a of the container part 4, and a distance from the hinge part to a top face 21 of the lid part 5 are set to become equal so that the bottom face 11a of the container part 4 and the top face 21 of the lid part 5 contact a flat work table in an opened state of the lid part 5.
