The present invention relates to a minimally-invasive magnetically actuated micro-scaffold for cartilage regeneration, and more particularly, provides a cartilage regeneration composition comprising: a cartilage regeneration micro-scaffold in which magnetic particles and cartilage regeneration cells are loaded inside or on the surface of a three-dimensional porous microstructure, the porous microstructure consisting of biodegradable polymers and having a diameter of 200 to 300 μm； and a bone regeneration micro-scaffold in which magnetic particles and bone regeneration cells are loaded inside or on the surface of a three-dimensional porous microstructure, the porous microstructure consisting of biodegradable polymers and having a diameter of 700 to 900 μm.본 발명은 최소 침습 연골 재생용 자기 구동 마이크로지지체에 관한 것으로 더 상세하게는 생분해성 고분자로 구성되고 직경이 200 내지 300 ㎛인 3차원 형태의 다공성 마이크로구조체의 내부 또는 표면에 자성 입자 및 연골 재생용 세포가 적재된 연골 재생용 마이크로지지체； 및 생분해성 고분자로 구성되고 직경이 700 내지 900 ㎛인 3차원 형태의 다공성 마이크로구조체의 내부 또는 표면에 자성 입자 및 골 재생용 세포가 적재된 골 재생용 마이크로지지체를 포함하는, 연골 재생용 조성물을 제공한다.
