PURPOSE: A medical treatment lighting apparatus is provided to improve light collection efficiency by collecting the light coming out through the optical source module of a cone shape in an LED. CONSTITUTION: The optical source module(110) of a cone shape is formed in the lower of a body part. The optical source module consists of a cap part(116) which covers up a hollow. A reflector(130) reflects the light coming out from the LED to the extension direction of the optical source module. A lifting and dropping part is included on the top of the reflector. The lifting and dropping part perpendicularly moves up and down the optical source module to the reflector with a gear operation.개시된 본 발명에 따른 의료용 조명장치는 중공 봉심형 몸체부, 상기 몸체부의 하측단에 형성되되 다수의 발광다이오드가 설치된 삿갓부, 및 상기 몸체부의 상측단에 마련되어 상기 중공을 커버하는 캡부로 구성된 광원모듈, 중앙의 결합구를 통하여 상기 광원모듈이 삽치되며 상기 발광다이오드에서 출사되는 광을 상기 광원모듈의 연장방향으로 반사시킬 수 있도록 형성된 타원반구형의 리플렉터 및, 상기 리플렉터의 상부에 구비되어 기어작동으로써 상기 광원모듈을 상기 리플렉터에 대하여 수직으로 승하강시키는 승하강부；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 의하면, 삿갓형의 광원모듈을 이용하여 발광다이오드에서 출사되는 광을 집속하여 집광효율이 좋으며, 수냉각 방법을 이용하여 냉각 효율을 높인 의료용 조명장치를 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 구조가 간단하여 설계 및 제작이 용이한 효과가 있다.
