The processing device 13 identifies body temperature data D3 as a representative temperature for each measurement date on the basis of the body surface temperature data D1 or the like. The processing device 13 calculates a woman ability index WP according to the hormone balance state on the basis of the number NL of days of low temperature phase, the number NH of days of high temperature phase, and an average temperature difference ΔT between the low temperature phase and the high temperature phase.
