PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health prediction system and a health prediction method capable of predicting a health status of a woman to be measured on the basis of a menstruation cycle of the woman.SOLUTION: A storage device 31A of a processing device 31 accumulates body temperature data D3 of a plurality of days, a mental index MI, which is an index of emotion, and a physical condition index PCI, which is an index of a body condition. The processing device 31 calculates an average low temperature period day NLm and an average high temperature period day NHm on the basis of the body temperature data D3, etc. accumulated in the storage device 31A. The processing device 31 specifies a stage, among first to eighth stages S1-S8 in the menstruation cycle, corresponding to a stage Sa of a predictive day on the basis of the average low temperature period day NLm and the average high temperature period day NHm.
