PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions and methods useful for delivery including transdermal delivery of biologically active agents, such as non-protein non-nucleoside therapeutics and protein-based therapeutics excluding insulin, botulinum toxins, antibody fragments, and VEGF.SOLUTION: The invention provides compositions comprising biologically active protein, a polymeric backbone linked to a positively charged branching group, and a carrier which exists in an effective amount in a transdermal delivery, in which a linkage of the carrier and the biologically active protein is a non-covalent linkage； and methods of using the compositions. These compositions and methods are particularly useful for a topical delivery of antifungal agents and antigenic agents suitable for immunization. Alternatively, the compositions can be prepared together with useful components for targeting delivery of these compositions and imaging components.【課題】インスリン、ボツリヌストキシン、抗体断片、及びＶＥＧＦを除いて、非タンパク質非核酸系治療薬やタンパク質ベースの治療薬など生物学的に活性な作用物質の経皮送達を含めて、送達に有用な組成物及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】生物学的に活性なタンパク質と、正に帯電した分枝基を結合したポリマーの主鎖を含み、経皮送達に有効な量で存在する担体とを含む組成物であって、担体と生物学的に活性なタンパク質との結合が非共有結合性である組成物、及び該組成物の使用方法。これらの組成物及び方法は、抗真菌物質及び免疫化に適した抗原性物質の局所送達に特に有用である。或いは、組成物は、これらの組成物の送達を標的化するのに有用な成分、並びにイメージング成分と共に調製することができる。【選択図】図１
