The present invention, as a gel composition for adhering a tooth patch, provides a gel composition for adhering a tooth surface, which is gelated by using a polymer completely dissolved in water and ethanol, wherein the gel composition comprises water and ethanol as a solvent for forming a gel. In addition, the present invention provides the gel composition for adhering the tooth surface and a tooth whitening kit comprising a tooth whitening patch. The gel composition of the present invention is capable of improving adhesive properties of a patch for adhering a tooth, and increasing efficiency of a tooth whitening patch.본 발명은 치아용 패치를 부착하기 위한 겔 조성물로서, 상기 겔 조성물은 겔을 형성하기 위한 용매로 물과 에탄올을 함유하며, 물 및 에탄올에 모두 용해되는 고분자를 이용하여 겔화된 것을 특징으로 하는 치면 접착용 겔 조성물을 제공한다. 또한 본 발명은 상기 치면 접착용 겔 조성물 및 치아 미백용 패치를 포함하는 치아 미백을 위한 키트를 제공한다. 본 발명의 겔 조성물은 치아 부착용 패치의 접착성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 치아 미백 패치의 미백 효율을 증가시킬 수 있다.
