The invention relates to devices, systems, and methods for performing aprecision orpersonalized Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) therapy session or cycle based ondialysis adequacymeasurements in patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis treatment. Thesettings for theprecision peritoneal dialysis therapy session can be obtained using one ormore flow sensorsand one or more uremic solute sensors that measure the uremic soluteconcentration andvolume of the peritoneal dialysate removed from the patient. The desireddialysis adequacyfor a specific patient, group of patients, or class of patients, can then becalculated based onthe measured peritoneal dialysate concentration and volume. Using thecalculated dialysisadequacy, the system and methods can then set one or more peritoneal dialysisparameters forsubsequent cycles or sessions.
