Feature 1: a moisture permeability is 1,000 g/(mday) or more. Feature 2: the maximum value of a shrinkage factor after being heated at 130°C for one minute is 40% or more. Feature 3: assuming that a direction in which the shrinkage factor becomes the maximum value is X-direction, a recovery rate after shrinkage in the X-direction is 80% or more.
