PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable garment which can be formed to have an appearance equivalent to a normal underwear or the like to be inconspicuous even when used as a diaper or the like, thereby reducing the feeling of resistance of a wearer against wearing the garment.SOLUTION: The disposable garment comprises a front portion and a rear portion. The front portion comprises: a first elastic composite sheet obtained by providing a first linear elastic body with elasticity in a first direction, between a first air-permeable sheet and a liquid-diffusing fiber sheet； and a second elastic composite sheet obtained by providing a second linear elastic body with elasticity in a second direction different from the first direction, between the first air-permeable sheet and the liquid-diffusing fiber sheet. The rear portion comprises the first elastic composite sheet and the second elastic composite sheet.
