The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising a eutectic of cyclobenzaprine HCl and mannitol and a method for producing said pharmaceutical composition. A compound useful in embodiments of the present invention is cyclobenzaprine HCl. In some embodiments, the compound is micronized. In alternative embodiments, the compound is not micronized.
