The disclosed ultrasonic operation apparatus comprises: a cartridge having a window through which ultrasonic waves are transmitted； an ultrasonic treatment unit provided in the cartridge to generate ultrasonic waves； and a driving unit spirally moving the ultrasonic treatment unit on a driving plane which is spaced apart from the window and is parallel to the window.
