The present invention relates to a tissue sample transfer container capable of transferring and inspecting a tissue sample, collected from a lesion of a patient, while the sample is fixed to a fixing fluid. A first container (110) for storing a tissue sample (1) and a second container (130) for charging and sealing a fixing fluid (2) are separated, and the second container (130) is located in the upper part and the first container (110) is located in the lower part through a middle adaptor (120), but the tissue sample (1) is stored in the first container while a sealing near the second container (130) is broken to make the fixing fluid (2) flow to the first container (110). When the first container (110) is located in the upper part after being inversed, the fixing fluid (2) is induced to flow to the second container (130) again and is filtered to make the tissue sample (1) located on the middle adaptor (120), and thus, an inspector is able to easily collect the tissue sample (1) without exposure to the fixing fluid (2).
