PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology to predict an extent of a health risk such as a mortality rate in a predetermined period of time more accurately than ever before.SOLUTION: A CVHR shape measurement device 2 includes CVHR detection means and CVHR shape characteristic index acquisition means. The CVHR detection means detects a cyclic variation of heart rate (CVHR) that periodically appears from data that indicates a cycle or a frequency of a heartbeat or a pulse in a time series manner.
