PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a falling sleep latent time by plural sounds which are linked with a biological rhythm which is a period of breathing or a heart rate of a subject for improving sleep.SOLUTION: A sound source device 20 comprises: a biological information acquisition part 210 for acquiring biological information of a subject E a sound content acquisition part 42 for acquiring a sound content a sound source 40 for reproducing a sound signal based on the sound content acquired by the sound content acquisition part 42 and a control part 240 for controlling the sound content acquisition part 42 so that the sound content which is an object of reproduction of the sound source 40 is switched to other sound content out of the plural sound contents at a period according to the biological information acquired by the biological information acquisition part 210.
