PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent misidentification in identification of inhalation and exhalation, using heart sounds.SOLUTION: A lung sound analysis device includes: (S400) where sound I and sound II of the heart sounds are separately extracted from biological sound signals including breath sounds and the heart sounds, and amplitudes or a power extreme value of the sound I and sound II are detected (S401) where using the detected extreme value, the cycle of an amplitude change of the sounds I and II is calculated (S402) where a breathing cycle is calculated from the biological sound signals and (S403) where the breathing cycle and the sounds I and II having the same amplitude changes are selected. Moreover, using the selected sounds I and II, the device properly selects the type of the heart sounds, a measured portion, and an identification criteria of a respiratory phase according to postures, and identifies the interval between the inhalation and exhalation.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】心音を用いた吸気および呼気の識別において、誤識別することがあった。【解決手段】呼吸音と心音が含まれる生体音信号から、心音のI音およびII音を別々に抽出し、I音およびII音の振幅またはパワの極値を検出する(S400)と検出した極値を用いて、I音およびII音の振幅変化の周期を算出する(S401)と、生体音信号から呼吸周期を算出し(S402)、呼吸周期とI音およびII音の振幅変化周期が同じであるI音およびII音を選択する(S403)を有し選択されたI音およびII音を用いながら、心音の種類や測定箇所、姿勢に応じた呼吸相の識別基準を適切に選択し、吸気および呼気の時間区間を識別する。【選択図】図4
