PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the durability and to improve accuracy of temperature control concerning to the heating equipment used for sealing and connecting a plastic tube, in the peritoneal dialysis. SOLUTION: Arranging nichrome wire 34 and a thermocouple element 36 so that meandering arrangement of them may be carried out, in a slot 30A formed in a substrate 30, which is constituted by baking the alumina powder of high heat-conductivity and electric insulation in a mold, and filling up with an adhesive agent of a ceramic system, a board-like heating element 20 is built in a structure, in which substantial whole part excepting its connection part connecting to its exterior is laid underground into the ceramic layer. The heating elements 20 are made to surface contact a wafer from both sides, and the wafer is heated.
