PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic device capable of suitably giving an ultrasonic wave to a human body.SOLUTION: A treatment device 1 is an ultrasonic device giving an ultrasonic wave to a human body, provided with a vibration element 35 for generating an ultrasonic wave and a recess 37a on a human body side, and includes an acoustic lens 37 for converging ultrasonic waves from the vibration element 35 to the human body side, and a cover 39 that fits into the recess 37a and comes in contact with the human body. A focal point P1 on the human body side of the lens 37 is located on the human body side as compared with the cover 39. The lens 37 is composed of a first material that transmits an ultrasonic wave at a sound speed faster than a sound speed in fat.
