PURPOSE: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is provide to safely diagnose a human body by using ultrasonic waves by detecting an ultrasonic wave influence factor having a effect to the human body and giving a warning to a use.CONSTITUTION: A detection unit(130) detects an ultrasonic wave effective index. The ultrasonic wave effective index shows influence of ultrasonic waves about a biological tissue. A warning member(140) warns to user. The warning member generates warning sounds. The warning member is attached to a probe of an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus. A controller(110) receives the ultrasonic wave effective index from the detection unit and activates the warning member in case the ultrasonic wave effective index exceeds a set critical value. The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus transmits an ultrasonic wave signal to an object and receives a reflective ultrasonic wave signal reflected from the object.
