PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion composition for a hair cosmetic containing an acylated hydrolyzed collagen in which an oily acylated hydrolyzed collagen that is not liquid at ambient temperature and is difficult to be blended with an aqueous cosmetic under acidic conditions can be evenly emulsified and contained in a cosmetic especially an aqueous cosmetic without pH adjustment and in which an oily acylated hydrolyzed collagen is not deposited and separated excellent in the stability over time, and a manufacturing method of the same and a cosmetic blending the emulsion composition for the hair cosmetic.SOLUTION: An emulsion composition for a hair cosmetic containing an acylated hydrolyzed collagen contains: the acylated hydrolyzed collagen a liquid higher fatty acid polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil glycol and water, wherein 8.0-15.0 mass% of the mixture of the acylated hydrolyzed collagen and the liquid higher fatty acid, 10-50 mass% of the glycol, and 7.0-9.5 mass% of the polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil are contained, and the average HLB value of the polyoxyethylene hardened castor oil is 14-15.6.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】酸性条件下においては、水性の化粧料に配合が困難であった、常温で液状ではない油性のアシル化加水分解コラーゲンを、pH調整をすることなく、化粧料、特に水性の化粧料にも均一に乳化含有させることができ、油性のアシル化加水分解コラーゲンの析出・分離が無く、経時的安定性に優れる、アシル化加水分解コラーゲンを含有する毛髪用化粧料用エマルジョン組成物、その製造方法及び当該毛髪化粧料用エマルジョン組成物を配合した化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のアシル化加水分解コラーゲン含有毛髪化粧料用エマルジョン組成物は、アシル化加水分解コラーゲン、液状高級脂肪酸、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油、グリコール及び水を含み、アシル化加水分解コラーゲン及び液状高級脂肪酸の混合物を8.0~15.0質量%、グリコールを10~50質量%、ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油を7.0~9.5質量%を含有し、前記ポリオキシエチレン硬化ヒマシ油の平均HLB値は14~15.6である、アシル化加水分解コラーゲン含有毛髪化粧料用エマルジョン組成物である。【選択図】なし
