In the lysyl oxidase activity, the generation speed of benzaldehyde in the case benzylamine is used as a substrate is preferably &ge；0.01 nmol/mg min. The number of viable bacteria included in the egg shell membrane powder is preferably &le；1.0×10cfu/g.
