The invention relates to a method for detecting an analyte in a bodily fluid (2) comprising placing a detector (6) in contact with at least one metabolite from the metabolism or breakdown of the analyte. Placing the detector (6) in contact with the metabolite produces an optically detectable signal. The detection method comprises detecting the metabolite only in gas form, said gas-form metabolite coming from the evaporation of at least part of said metabolite. The detection is also carried out without contact between the bodily fluid (2) and the detector (6). A dressing (1) for implementing the detection method is also described.Un procédé de détection dun analyte dans un liquide corporel (2) comporte la mise en contact dun détecteur (6) avec au moins un métabolite issu du métabolisme ou de la dégradation de lanalyte. La mise en contact entre le détecteur (6) et le métabolite produit un signal détectable optiquement. Le procédé de détection comporte la détection du métabolite uniquement sous forme gazeuse, ledit métabolite sous forme gazeuse étant issu de lévaporation dau moins une partie dudit métabolite. La détection est également réalisée sans contact entre le liquide corporel (2) et le détecteur (6). Un pansement (1 ) pour la mise en œuvre du procédé de détection est également décrit.
