PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding plate hung to between a bed and a wheelchair, and having a simple structure allowing a care receiver to move by turning at 90 degrees between the bed and the wheelchair in a seated state so as to reduce physical burden and mental burden of a care giver when the care receiver moves between the bed and the wheelchair.SOLUTION: A sliding plate which is composed of a lower plate detachably hung to between a bed and a laterally riding type wheelchair allowing laterally putting down a side guard, and an upper plate placed on the lower plate and slidably moving by making a care receiver be seated is such that: in the lower plate, an L-shaped bent part bored with circular arc-shaped guide roll guide grooves enabling 90 degree turning movement while the care receiver is seated on the upper plate is formed in a circular arc shape； and the upper plate comprises in the rear face, two guide rolls loosely inserted into the guide roll guide grooves, and a plurality of ball casters abutted on the top face of the lower plate and making the movement of the upper plate smooth.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、ベットと車椅子間に掛架し、要介護者が着座した状態でベットと車椅子間を９０度旋回して移動できる簡便な構造のスライディングプレートを提供し、要介護者のベッドと車椅子間移動時における介助者の身体的、精神的負担の軽減を課題とする。【解決手段】ベッドと、サイドガードを横に倒せる横乗りタイプの車椅子との間に着脱可能に掛架する下部プレートと、下部プレート上に載置し要介護者を着座させてスライド移動する上部プレートとで構成され、下部プレートは上部プレートに要介護者を着座させたままでの９０度旋回移動を可能にする円弧状のガイドロール誘導溝が穿設されたＬ字の屈曲部を円弧状に形成され、上部プレートはその裏面にはガイドロール誘導溝に緩挿される２個のガイドロールと、下部プレートの上面に当接して上部プレートの移動を滑らかにする複数のボールキャスターを備えてなるスライディングプレートによる。【選択図】 図１
