PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a preparation method for a composition having an effectively enhanced in-vivo function of activating natural immune function which is present in plants and the composition having an enhanced function of activating natural immune function obtained by the preparation method.
SOLUTION: In the preparation method for the composition for activating natural immune function derived from plants, the plants is: heat-treated without any treatment of grinding, shredding, and grating, using no liquid medium deprived of components other than the component for activating natural immune function and then subjected to extraction of the composition for activating natural immune function. The composition obtained by the preparation method has an enhanced function of activating natural immune function.
