PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel prosthetic appliance machining method and machining device effectively using a dental model prepared mainly for checking and verifying a fixing state of the prosthetic appliance, as holding means when three-dimensionally machining a prosthetic appliance material block.SOLUTION: The prosthetic appliance machining method according to the present invention comprises: creating a pseudo tooth base 10 representing a crown shape of an abutment tooth T on the basis of denture mold data of a patient P, and forming, on the pseudo tooth base 10, a suction hole 13 communicating from the crown to another external surface reversing concave-convex relationship of three-dimensional data of the crown in the pseudo tooth base 10 to cut a joining part W2 in a prosthetic appliance material block WB and then installing the prosthetic appliance material block WB on the crown of the pseudo tooth base 10, with it brought into close contact with the crown, applying vacuum air to the suction hole 13 of the pseudo base 10, and three-dimensionally cutting a body surface W3 of the prosthetic appliance material block WB, with the prosthetic appliance material block WB held by the pseudo tooth base 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来、専ら補綴物の収まり状態の確認・検証のために用意されていた歯科模型を、補綴物素材ブロックを三次元加工する際の保持手段として活用するようにした新規な補綴物加工方法並びに加工装置を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の補綴物加工方法は、患者Pの歯型データに基づき、支台歯Tの頂部形状を再現した擬似歯台10を作成し、且つ当該擬似歯台10に頂部から他の外面に連通する吸引孔13を形成し、また擬似歯台10における頂部の三次元データの凹凸関係を逆にして、補綴物素材ブロックWBに接合部W2を切削加工するものであり、その後、前記補綴物素材ブロックWBを、擬似歯台10の頂部に密着させるように設置するとともに擬似歯台10の吸引孔13にバキュームエアを作用させ、補綴物素材ブロックWBを擬似歯台10に保持させた状態で、補綴物素材ブロックWBの本体面W3を三次元切削するようにしたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
