The present invention relates to an etching agent composition for dental zirconia ceramic surface, comprising hydrofluoric acid, sulphuric acid, a catalyst and methyl alcohol, and a method for preparing tooth restoration materials such as crowns, inlays, onlays, veneers, and laminates by using the etching agent composition. The etching agent composition, when used to etch the zirconia ceramic surface, rarely generates smoke and odor, and enables the etching to be performed for a short period of time of 2-10 minutes and at low temperatures of 60-70°C. Also, since the zirconia ceramic surface etched by the etching agent composition has increased surface-roughness and thus an enlarged contact surface, the tooth restoration material prepared by processing the etching agent composition shows strong adhesion strength and is resistant to peeling and cracking.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 불산, 황산, 촉매제 및 메틸알콜이 포함된 치과용 지르코니아 세라믹의 표면 에칭제 조성물 및 상기 에칭제 조성물을 이용하여 크라운(crown), 인레이(inlay), 온레이(onlay), 베니어(veneer) 및 라미네이트(laminate)와 같은 치아수복물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 에칭제 조성물로 지르코니아 세라믹 표면을 에칭하면 연기가 거의 발생하지 않아 냄새를 유발하지 않으며, 60 ~ 70 ℃라는 낮은 온도에서 2 ~ 10 분이라는 짧은 시간동안 에칭이 가능하다는 장점이 있다. 또한 상기 에칭제 조성물로 에칭한 지르코니아 세라믹의 표면은 거칠기가 증가하여 접촉면적이 넓기 때문에, 이를 가공하여 제조한 치아수복물은 접착강도가 강하여 박리되지 않으며, 균열이 또한 거의 발생하지 않는다.
