PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for coating a hollow-fiber hemocatharsis membrane with surface modifier capable of widely applying various types of surface modifiers such as hydrophilic agent, antithrombotic and antioxidant to various types of blood internal perfusion type hollow-fiber hemocatharsis membranes such as a hemodialysis membrane, a hemofiltration membrane, a hemodiafiltration membrane and a plasmapheresis membrane, and highly efficiently and sufficiently exhibiting characteristics given by the surface modifier while retaining its permselectivity and to provide a surface modifier coated hollow-fiber hemocatharsis membrane provided by using the same method and a surface modifier coated hollow-fiber hemocatharsis appliance formed by being filled with the surface modifier coated hollow-fiber hemocatharsis membrane.SOLUTION: When coating the surface of the blood internal perfusion type hollow-fiber hemocatharsis membrane formed by containing membrane pore hold-back agent with the surface modifier, this method introduces organic solvent solution, organic solvent dispersion liquid, or organic solvent suspension containing both of the membrane pore hold-back agent and the surface modifier to the coating object surface side of the hollow-fiber hemocatharsis membrane and pressurizes it.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】親水化剤、抗血栓剤、抗酸化剤など種々の表面改質剤を、血液透析膜、血液濾過膜、血液透析濾過膜、血漿分離膜など種々の中空糸型血液浄化膜に広く適用可能で、その選択透過性を保持しながら効率よく、かつ、表面改質剤によって付与された特性が十分発揮できる、中空糸型血液浄化膜への表面改質剤コーティング方法、該方法によって得られる表面改質剤コート中空糸型血液浄化膜、および該表面改質剤コート中空糸型血液浄化膜を充填してなる表面改質剤コート中空糸型血液浄化器を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、膜孔保持剤を含んでなる中空糸型血液浄化膜の表面に表面改質剤をコーティングする際に、膜孔保持剤および該表面改質剤の双方を含有する有機溶媒溶液または有機溶媒分散液または有機溶媒懸濁液を、該中空糸型血液浄化膜の被コート面側に導入し、加圧することにより、上記課題を解決することができたものである。【選択図】なし
