The present invention relates to a portable sterilizer capable of preventing overheating of a motor and spraying a spray liquid only when the motor is operated. The sterilizer according to the present invention comprises a case, a drug container, a motor, a fan, a motor housing, a nozzle, a battery housing, a battery, a drug flow pipe, and an air pipe. The drug container is mounted on the case to store a spray liquid. The fan is coupled to the motor to be driven by the motor. A ventilation housing accommodates the fan, has a ventilation hole formed to blow wind to the outside of the case by an operation of the fan, has a motor accommodation part formed to receive the motor on the upper part, and is mounted on the case. The nozzle is mounted on the ventilation hole. The battery housing is mounted on the case to be located in the lower part of the ventilation housing. The battery is mounted on the battery housing to supply power to drive the motor. The drug flow pipe is connected to the ventilation hole and the drug container to discharge the spray liquid of the drug container to the ventilation hole by the flow of air discharged to the ventilation hole to be sprayed to the nozzle. The air pipe is connected to the ventilation hole and the drug container to allow a part of air discharged to the ventilation hole to be supplied to the drug container. According to the present invention, a check valve is opened by supplying air through a check tube only when the motor is driven.
