The present invention provides a blood-simulating fluid, which is a blood-simulating fluid for use in hemodialysis. The fluid comprises a matrix liquid and blood cell particles. The blood cell particles are dispersed in the matrix liquid. When the matrix liquid flows, the blood cell particles flow with the basic liquid. The blood cell particles have predetermined sizes. When the fluid flows through an artificial kidney, the blood cell particles are blocked by a tubular wall of a semi-permeable membrane so that the blood-simulating fluid flows in the artificial kidney to achieve the purpose of simulating a blood condition in hemodialysis.本發明係提供一種模擬血液流體，係為一種運用於人工透析之模擬血液流體，該流體係包括基液及血球粒子，該血球粒子係分散於該基液中，當該基液產生流動時，該血球粒子則隨該基液產生流動，其中，該血球粒子具有一定大小，當該流體流經人工腎臟時，該血球粒子會受到半透膜管壁阻擋，致使該模擬血液流體於該人工腎臟內流動，藉以達到模擬血液透析血液狀態之目的。
