PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air pressure control device capable of promoting health of a person suffering from chronic pain or mood disorder and a healthy person.SOLUTION: An external air pressure of a closed space 50 at a starting time of air pressure control in the closed space in which a human exists is acquired, and the air pressure in the closed space is controlled so as to be 1.01-1.03 times of the external air pressure.
