The wearable component connects with the outside of the monitoring main body. The bio-characteristic monitoring module is disposed within the monitoring main body and comprises a photoelectric sensor, a pressure sensor and an air-pressure-based blood pressure meter. The air-pressure-based blood pressure meter is embedded and fixed in an embedding slot portion of an embedding seat, and the air-pressure-based blood pressure meter comprises a gas-gathering actuator and an elastic air bag. The gas-gathering actuator transmits gas to the elastic air bag. The elastic air bag can thereby be inflated and elastically protrude out from the monitoring main body, so that the elastic air bag can stick on a user’s skin. The pressure sensor measures the vasoconstriction pulsation under the user’s skin and generate a detection signal accordingly. The detection signal is then converted to a health data information and is outputted.
