According to an embodiment of the present invention, a laser treating device comprises an adsorbing cup, an optical cable connecting pipe, a suction connecting pipe, a connecting body, and a main body. The adsorbing cup is formed in a cup shape having an empty inside and is adsorbed on an affected area or skin by suction force. The optical cable connecting pipe allows an optical cable, which is connected to a laser diode for generating light, to be inserted into the inside, and includes a light irradiating unit, in one end, for irradiating the light generated in the laser diode to the affected area or the skin. The suction connecting pipe has one end connected to a suction device for generating the suction force, and a suction unit formed in the other end to deliver the suction force to the adsorbing cup. A part of the connecting body penetrates and is combined with the adsorbing cup, and the optical cable connecting pipe and the suction connecting pipe penetrate inside the connecting body to be combined with the same such that the suction unit of the suction connecting pipe and the light irradiating unit of the optical cable connecting pipe are arranged in a lower surface of the connecting body. The main body controls operations of the laser diode and the suction device.
