The cutting portion is provided with a blade (453). The staple cartridge assembly (40) further comprises a rotation shaft (50) and an auxiliary closure member connected to the rotation shaft (50). The rotation shaft (50) is disposed at the proximal end of the staple cartridge assembly (40) relative to the blade (453). The staple cartridge assembly (40) is further provided with a driving component (51) capable of driving the rotation shaft (50) to rotate. The driving component (51) drives the rotation shaft (50) to drive the auxiliary closure member to move in the process in which the staple cartridge assembly (40) is converted from an initial state to a closed state. When at least the staple cartridge assembly (40) is in the closed state, one end surface of the auxiliary closure member leans against the staple anvil (42), to apply an action force to the staple anvil (42) to drive the staple anvil (42) to be closed towards the staple cartridge (41).
