PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an animal test device capable of evaluating an objective evaluation with high reproductivity in which a subjectivity of a person who performs a test is not included, and evaluating preferably in an animal test ethic.SOLUTION: An animal test device 1 comprises: a first region 2 and a second region 3 arranged and spaced； and an annular passage 4 positioned between the first region 2 and the second region 3. The passage 4 has； a short passage 5 for connecting a space between the first region 2 and the second region 3； and a long passage 6 for connecting the first region 2 and the second region 3 and having a larger passage length larger than that of the short passage 5. The short passage 5 extends linearly, and the first region 2, the short passage 5 and the second region 3 are arranged on a straight line. The long passage 6 is formed into a turned U-shape in whole body thereof, and a rectangular passage 4 is formed by the short passage 5 and the long passage 6. Each of the first region 2 and the second region 3 are arranged on each of both ends of the passage 4.
