PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for easily making a hole in a field or a flower pot filled with soil. SOLUTION: The device for digging a planting hole is assembled by combining a digging cylinder 1 and a blade 2 having a tamping rod 4. The digging cylinder 1 is sharpened on the slightly narrowing top of the cylinder to have the blade for digging soil, has a handle 3 and makes a round hole by pushing and rotating the handle.
