To provide a planting boring tool which is suitable for digging work for soil in which obstacles such as gravels and roots are mixed, and intimate soil in forest land soil.SOLUTION: There is provided a planting boring tool for forming a planting hole in which a seedling of a tree or plant is planted, the planting boring tool comprising: a rotary axis 10 which can be rotated by drive force from an electric tool or by human power drive force； a spiral blade 20 for digging the soil to an upper side and discharging the dug soil to the upper side and being provided on a periphery of the rotary axis 10； and a hole saw 30 for cutting a peripheral part of a foundation by rotation by the rotary axis 10.
