PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a value measured by a measuring instrument to another device without complicating a structure of the measuring instrument.SOLUTION: An electric apparatus (mobile phone) 100 includes a camera 13 and a controller 10. The camera 13 photographs a display part of a measuring instrument. The controller 10 performs a control so that the direction of an image photographed by the camera 13 is matched with the direction of the display part (so that the longitudinal direction of the image is matched with the longitudinal direction of the display part). The controller 10 may perform the above control when it is determined that a measurement value by a health measuring instrument is included in the image photographed by the camera 13.
